	Composer's notes 'Lunachicks' is a calypso written in the style of Sonny Rollins' St. Thomas. It can be played at 132-144. It has a 32 bar from with a slightly tricky bridge. There are two solo variations. The first is an easier 8 bar form, the second form is more complex and follows the tune. You can get the guitarists and/or pianists to join in at the B section of the melody or when soloing begins if you wish to add some variety when presenting the tune for a concert. For flute, trumpet, alto & tenor saxes, bone and rhythm section.

	Composer's notes for Moonwater Blues 'Moonwater Blues' Starts with a 12 bar unaccompanied bass solo. If this seems too difficult at first it can be added when your bassist feels more confident making up their own solo or using the one provided. This tune has a medium tempo of a crochet= 88-94 and has a standard 12 bar minor blues form. For flute, trumpet, alto & tenor saxes, bone and rhythm section.
